Processing Operative
South Yorkshire (Rotherham / Barnsley / Sheffield)
£26,000 – £33,000 per year (DOE)

Winner Recruitment are currently working with a number of clients across South Yorkshire who are looking to expand their teams with experienced Processing Operatives.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with a background in metal processing, recycling, or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Operating processing machinery including shears, balers and shot blasters
Carrying out general processing and production duties
Sorting and handling metal materials
Working to production targets and site requirements
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements
Previous experience in metal processing, recycling, waste, or manufacturing
Experience operating machinery (shears, balers, shredders, etc.)
FLT / forklift licence preferred but not essential
Overhead crane experience beneficial
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work as part of a team
