Team Assistant / EA Support (3 Month FTC) – London Bridge
We’re working with a growing, innovative tech business based near London Bridge who are looking for a Team Assistant to join them on a 3 month fixed term contract starting April 2026.
Supporting the COO, this is a varied, hands on role with a mix of coordination, office support and light EA duties.
The role -
This is a great opportunity for someone organised and proactive who enjoys being at the centre of a busy team.
You’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, helping keep things running smoothly, and providing some support at senior level.
Key responsibilities -
Managing inbox and coordinating meetings
Scheduling internal and external meetings and sending reminders
Supporting onboarding and offboarding (HR systems, documentation, IT equipment, training)
Managing IT assets (laptops and mobile phones)
General office administration including ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers
Supporting H&S processes and regular office checks
Supporting audit preparation
Coordinating company meetings, all-hands sessions and team socials
Assisting with site visit bookings
Ad hoc administrative projects
About you -
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and happy to take ownership
Confident communicator
Comfortable supporting at a senior level
Happy to get involved in a variety of tasks
Experience using Google Workspace is helpful
Previous EA experience is not essential

3 month fixed term contract
Start date: April 2026
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the London Bridge office
