MMP Consultancy are seeking two experienced Customer Service Advisor's to work for a Social Housing Contractor, based in Harlow.
As a Customer Service Advisor specialising in damp and mould enquiries, you'll support tenants, log and track repairs and coordinate inspections to ensure cases are resolved quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming damp & mould enquiries from tenants
Log repairs, complaints, and updates accurately
Coordinate inspections with surveyors and operatives
Monitor case progress and provide regular updates to residents
Escalate high‑priority or complex cases when required
Maintain clear, compliant records and case notesSkills & Experience
Customer service experience (social housing/repairs preferred)
Understanding of damp & mould processes
Strong communication, organisation, and case management skills
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Basic DBS required
