The Role:
Learning Support Assistant positions available across primary and secondary schools in Reading
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery
Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN, behavioural needs, and learning difficulties
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role
Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (desirable)
A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
