Are you a caring and motivated individual with a passion for supporting young people? We are currently seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for a full time role in a Gosport based primary school.
The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in their learning, both in and out of the classroom. You may provide one-to-one support or assist small groups, helping pupils to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with their learning and development
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Provide one-to-one or small group support, including for students with additional needs
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
Support students’ social and emotional wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable)
A patient, supportive, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for education and helping others succeed
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
