About the Role:
You will work within the school’s behaviour provision, supporting students who require additional guidance and care. This role is perfect for individuals with experience working with young people who exhibit challenging behaviour. School-based experience is ideal, but candidates from transferable settings are very welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide targeted support to students with SEMH needs.
Implement behaviour strategies and positive interventions.
Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to ensure consistent support.
