Pay: £90–£105 per day (depending on experience)
A welcoming and supportive primary school in Hammersmith is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team for the Summer Term, with the opportunity to continue into the next academic year from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with key pupils across KS1 and Lower KS2, providing consistent support to help them thrive both academically and emotionally.
The Role:

Supporting identified pupils across KS1 and Lower KS2 on a 1:1 and small group basis

Helping pupils follow routines and stay engaged with their learning

Providing support both in the classroom and outside of class when required

Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and confidence

Working closely with class teachers and the SENCo to implement tailored strategies

Creating a stable, structured and nurturing environment for pupils
The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children in a school or similar setting

Calm, patient and consistent in their approach

Strong understanding of the importance of routine, structure, and stability

Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Proactive and adaptable to meet pupils’ individual needs
