Warehouse Operative
Monday to Friday, 07:45–16:00 (maybe some flexibility)
Salary: £28,225
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business at their Bicester site. This is a hands-on and varied role within the warehouse, offering the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders within required timeframes

Work closely with team leaders to meet daily production and dispatch targets

Follow all health and safety procedures and report any hazards promptly

Adapt to changing order requirements and resolve queries efficiently

Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and efficient shipment schedules

Assist with stock control, including stock checks and replenishment

Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment
About the Warehouse Operative, what you need;

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

Experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Forklift training will be provided
