About the Role
We are a manufacturing company based in Bicester looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Manufacturing Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, combining warehouse duties with basic manufacturing and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of parts

Carry out picking, packing, and general warehouse duties

Support with goods-in and goods-out processes

Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping

Ensure products are handled and processed accurately

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets
About You

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential

Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer skills for simple admin tasks

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
