Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email

Processing orders and updating internal systems

Preparing and issuing documentation

Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries

Maintaining accurate records and general administrative support

Assisting the Customer Service team with day‑to‑day tasks
Requirements:

Previous administration or customer service experience

Strong communication skills

Good attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office

Ability to prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
