We’re looking for a highly organised Administrator with credit control duties to support our busy, fast‑paced operational team.
The Role
- Daily admin support for the Vacant Property Services team
- Handling incoming calls professionally
- Updating systems, logging activity and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Supporting accounts tasks, including:
- Monitoring outstanding invoices
- Contacting clients regarding overdue payments
- Updating payment and financial records
What You’ll Need
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Credit control or accounts experience helpful but not essential
