Job Title: Office Administrator (Media Department) – Temporary Ongoing
Location: Redhill
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Media Department and wider teams
Manage and organise documentation, files, and internal systems
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
Support with media-related admin tasks, including tracking campaigns and updating records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally
Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role preferred
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
