💷 Rate of Pay: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour
💻 1. Systems, Data & Digital Know How
You'll be the go to person for keeping our systems up to date and spotless, including:
Managing holiday approvals and maintaining calendars
Updating key systems with required information
Producing and maintaining essential team documentation💬 2. People Support & Day‑to‑Day Queries
You'll be the friendly face (and voice!) that keeps things flowing:
Handling day‑to‑day queries and walk‑ins in a confident, helpful manner
Responding to general questions across different platforms and topics
Sharing login details and access information when required
Preparing and providing reports or information as needed🎯 3. Recruitment Support - Be Part of Their First Step!
You'll play a key part in getting new starters ready to go:
Checking Right‑to‑Work documents
Ensuring all candidates meet compliance standards
Preparing registers, gathering documents, and sending out communications.
Sending contracts, assignment confirmations, obtaining references & post‑assessment updates.
Assigning individuals to the appropriate roles within internal systems.📱 4. App & System Troubleshooting Advisor
You'll help solve common issues before they need escalating:
Fixing app issues where possible & raising support tickets when needed
Providing first‑line support for clock‑in / clock‑out problems🚐 5. Transport & Logistics Coordination
Help keep everyone moving in the right direction:
Organising transport for training, assessment days, and shifts
Liaising with transport providers
Managing last minute changes and additions🗂️ 6. General Admin Support
The backbone of the team. Keeping communication clear and the office running smoothly:
Managing the inbox
