Responsibilities:

Updating daily order changes on system

Inputting relevant data into Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis

Providing full support to 2 members of staff with all admin requirements within the department
Requirements

Previous experience in an office-based administrative role, ideally within a transport, logistics or operations environment.

Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven setting with changing daily priorities.

Organised, proactive and confident handling numerical information and operational data.

A detail-focused and solutions-oriented approach to your work.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Confidence using MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage and update information.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams, depots and hauliers.

Professional proficiency in English;

Experience using SAP or similar systems is advantageous but not essential, but need to be IT literate .

This is a full-time office-based role, working from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
