Port Operative
Southampton Port
We are currently seeking to recruit people to work with our client in the Port of Southampton. There are two roles available, the first working with cruise vessels and the second water testing on site.
The role
Full training provided
Working in a team of 2 to 4 Port Operatives
Berthing cruise vessels
Keeping the Port location clean & tidy
Water testing throughout the Port
Accurate record keeping
Full PPE providedHours
Monday to Friday 07.30 to 16.00 & 07.30 to 15.00 on Friday
Rotating shift pattern 4 on 2 off & 3 on 2 off Early 04.30 to 13.30 & 13.15 to 22.15 Monday to SundayThe ideal candidate
Current or recent experience in the above
Immediately available
Holding a UK Driving Licence for more that a year with less than 6 points
Civil engineering, mooring , berthing of vessels
Available for the Cruise season which is April to OctoberBenefits
