Rotating Shift Warehouse Operative
Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00
Magna Park North (Own transport required no public transport routes)
Ongoing work, Temp-Perm opportunities for the right person
£12.25 per hour rising on April 1st 2026
Overtime (first 12 weeks) x1.3 Weekday and Saturday and x1.5 Sunday
Overtime (after 12 weeks) x1.5 Weekday and Saturday and x2 Sunday
We are currently recruiting for a busy, modern site based in Magna Park.
The warehouse features modern facilities, friendly teams and overtime opportunities during busy periods.
To be considered you will have: warehouse experience, happy with manual handling and have good levels of numeracy and literacy.
You must be comfortable manual handling up to 20-25kg due to the nature of the products
Duties will include:
Unloading containers
Wrapping and banding pallets
Labelling
Operating a hand scanner
All you need to be considered is:
Able to get to Magna Park North on a daily basis – Lutterworth based OR own transport required
A great attitude and be a team player
Computer literacy and good standards of English and numeracy.
Comfortable with a physically demanding role
Quick thinker and fast learner.
