FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Warwick
Hours: (Apply online only) Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Elevation People Solutions are currently recruiting for several Warehouse Operatives / FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a well-established operation based in Warwick.
This role is working within a warehouse environment which will require to move in and out of a chilled environment (approximately -8°C / 18°F), supporting the movement and handling of goods across freezer and chiller areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and experienced FLT driver looking for consistent hours and a long-term opportunity within a structured warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operating Counterbalance FLT to move stock safely and efficiently.

Transporting goods between freezer and chilled storage areas

Loading and unloading deliveries

Putting stock away into designated locations

Picking and preparing goods for dispatch

Supporting general warehouse operations as required

Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Candidate Requirements
-
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-date and accredited)

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.

Comfortable working in chilled / cold temperatures

Good understanding of warehouse health & safety practices

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

Flexible and willing to support across different warehouse duties.
