As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from initial enquiry through to order completion.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email
Understand customer needs and deliver outstanding service and sales support
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Support lead follow-ups and proactive sales activity
Collaborate with colleagues and management to maintain high service standards
Accurately manage customer data using internal systems
Handle confidential and financial information with professionalism

Essential Skills & Experience:
