Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected Electrical solutions provider, to recruit a temporary Administration Assistant with the possibility of this role becoming a permanent position. This is a part time role working 20 to 25 hours per week.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a people focused company in a key role supporting the back office administration. The successful candidate will not only be working within the admin team, be they will also be working alongside the finance team to support their administrative requirements, so this offers great variety for any potential candidate.
Key Responsibilities for the ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT:
- General admin support
- Using PowerPoint to create presentations
- Updating spreadsheets on Excel
- Supporting various departments
- Managing emails
- Ensuring correct information is updated on the systems
Candidate Requirements for the ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT:
- Willing to learn and develop within the role
- Great organisational skills
- Takes own initiative
- Able to work independently and to deadlines
- Proactive in understanding and taking on whats required day to day
