Sales & Technical Administrator | Widnes | Up to £35k DOE | Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales & Technical Administrator . This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is comfortable supporting both sales and technical teams while managing the end to end order processing cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing customer orders from quotation through to delivery

Checking and validating technical specifications and order details

Liaising with the sales team, technical staff, and suppliers to ensure accurate order fulfilment

Managing order documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes

Updating and maintaining records within CRM/ERP systems

Monitoring order progress and resolving any issues or delays
-
Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and queries

Supporting the sales team with quotations, product information, and administrative tasks

Assisting the technical team with documentation and product information where required
Skills & Experience
-
Previous experience in sales administration, order processing, or technical administration
-
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams and with customers

Experience using CRM or ERP systems
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to understand or work with technical product information (training can be provided)
