Support pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including SEND
Assist in delivering lessons and classroom activities under the guidance of teachers
Help create an inclusive, positive, and safe learning environment
Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staffRequirements
Experience supporting children in a primary school setting (SEND experience preferred but not essential)
Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
