Support pupils with complex additional learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and other SEND
Assist in delivering personalised learning activities and programmes
Help create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapy staff to support pupils’ progress
Encourage pupils’ social, emotional, and academic developmentRequirements
Experience working with children with SEND (specialist setting experience preferred)
Patience, empathy, and a caring approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
