We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused German-Speaking Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers, working closely with sales teams, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our German-speaking customers receive excellent service and that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Supporting German-speaking customers by phone and email

Handling enquiries related to products, orders, and deliveries

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

Preparing customer quotations and supporting the sales team

Following up on customer enquiries and offers

Assisting with day-to-day sales administration

Processing customer orders in the internal system

Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams

Maintaining accurate customer and order data

Supporting the sales and customer service team with administrative tasks

Ensuring accurate documentation and communication records
🎯 Requirements

Fluent German and good English

Experience in customer service, sales support, or administration

Strong communication and organisational skills

Customer-focused, reliable, and proactive working style

Good knowledge of MS Office
