We’re supporting a local organisation in Telford with the recruitment of a part‑time Warehouse Assistant. This position offers reduced hours across three days per week and the potential to move into a permanent role.
The Role
You’ll be working as part of a small warehouse team, helping to keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. This role suits someone practical, organised, and comfortable working in an active environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Handling light items and organising products for dispatch
- Assisting with routine stock checks and inventory upkeep
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
- Flagging any stock issues, damage, or inaccuracies
- Helping with goods‑in and goods‑out processes
- Using basic scanning tools where needed
- Pitching in with general warehouse tasks to support the team
What We’re Looking For
- FLT licence is an advantage (not essential — training available)
- Comfortable lifting items up to 20kg
- Reliable, team‑minded, and happy to follow established processes
- Good attention to detail and a tidy working approach
Working Pattern
- Part‑time reduced hours
- Three set days per week (to be confirmed with the employer)
