Fluent Kurdish Speaking Administrator / Receptionist

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable law firm based in the heart of Manchester, who are looking to appoint a professional and personable Fluent Kurdish Speaking Administrator / Receptionist to join their busy front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both face-to-face and over the phone

Providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors

Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately

Supporting clients by translating and communicating in Kurdish where required

Handling general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry

Managing appointment bookings and meeting room schedules

Assisting fee earners with ad hoc administrative support
Key Requirements:

Fluency in Kurdish (essential) – both spoken and written

Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Confident using Microsoft Office packages

A positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
