We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Qualified Nursery Assistant to join our friendly and supportive early‑years team in South Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young children, helping them learn, play and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age‑appropriate activities
Promote children's learning, development and wellbeing
Build warm, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating setting
Assist with daily routines, observations and record‑keeping
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working in a nursery or early‑years environment
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach
Knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS guidelines
