Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Full-time, office-based
Role and responsibilites

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner

Provide accurate information about repairs service and process

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience

Record and update customer interactions within internal systems

Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate department when necessary

Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism at all times

Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery
Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Confident using computers and customer management systems
