About the role
As a Value Creation Analyst, you will play a key role in helping KP Snacks make confident commercial decisions. You will support our commercial teams by delivering clear, accurate and timely analysis across pricing, promotions, customer performance and revenue growth management (RGM). Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Finance, you will translate data into simple, meaningful insight that supports value creation and strengthens our commercial performance.

What will you be doing?
Delivering accurate data analysis and reporting
Maintaining and updating core reports on revenue, pricing, promotions and customer performance, and supporting the creation of dashboards in Excel or Power BI
Supporting pricing and promotion activity
Preparing datasets for price elasticity, promotional uplift and ROI analyses, and assisting with price list updates and data checks
Providing market and competitor insight
Gathering and summarising market data from syndicated sources such as Nielsen or IRI, monitoring competitor pricing activity and sharing simple insights with cross‑functional teams
Analysing trade spend and customer performance
Helping Sales and Commercial Finance track trade spend usage, identify inefficiencies and prepare clear customer-level reports
Collaborating across teams to support decision‑making
Partnering with Sales, Marketing and Finance, contributing insight in meetings and supporting ad hoc analysis as priorities evolve

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:
Education, experience and qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analysis or a related field, with 0–2 years’ experience or internships in analytics, finance, sales support or commercial roles, and actively studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA) to support professional development
Strong analytical and technical skills
Good Excel knowledge including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and basic modelling, with the ability to identify trends and highlight variances
A confident and clear communication style
Able to present information in a simple, engaging way to different audiences
A curious, proactive mindset
Willing to learn, ask questions and develop knowledge of RGM frameworks
High attention to detail
Comfortable working with data and ensuring accuracy in reports and recommendations
