We are supporting a large organisation in Telford who is looking for an organised Onboarding and Screening Co-ordinator/ Administrator to support their onboarding process.
This is a contract role that will run until the end of the year. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement for 2 days in the office (WED and THURS).
You will manage day-to-day tasks, handle pre-employment checks, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
Carry out security and onboarding checks to meet compliance standards
Enter candidate information into systems and process account/asset requests
Arrange and support reference checking, screening and DBS checks
Verify documents such as passports, visas, and criminal records
Maintain accurate records, tracking tools, and reports
Support team projects and resolve process issuesAbout you:
You will have worked in a similar role performing high volume screening checks and you will have:
Administration experience
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
