Our client, a well-established manufacturer supplying major supermarket chains across the UK, is currently seeking a Logistics Operative to join their team on a late shift due to continued growth and expansion.

Shift: Late Shift – 16:00 – 02:00
Schedule: Monday to Thursday (40-hour week)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, plus 25% shift premium
Please note: the successful candidate will initially complete a 4-week training period on the day shift (07:30 – 16:00).
Key Responsibilities

Receiving and checking incoming goods

Safely storing materials in designated warehouse locations

Picking parts and materials required for production

Assisting with stock control and inventory checks

Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment

Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets

Following all company procedures and health & safety guidelines
Skills & Experience
-
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment is beneficial

Good attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Basic numeracy and communication skills

Flexible and proactive approach to work
Experience with warehouse management systems, an FLT licence, or a driving licence may be advantageous but are not essential.
