Job role:
Acting as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing emails, and sending school-wide communications.
Maintaining accurate student records, managing nursery/reception admissions, processing in-year transfers, and handling school census data.
Monitoring pupil attendance, contacting parents regarding absences, and preparing reports for attendance officers.
Maintaining school office systems, ordering supplies, maintaining staff records, and taking minutes at meetings.
Handling petty cash, processing invoices, and assisting with financial records or budgeting.
Following strict child protection policies, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a safe environment.
