The Role The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office and project teams, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• General office administration and document management
• Supporting project teams with paperwork and reports
• Managing emails, phone calls and general enquiries
• Maintaining filing systems and project documentation
• Assisting with scheduling meetings and diaries
• Supporting health & safety and compliance documentation where required
Requirements:
• Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
