Thorn Baker Construction require 1 x Labourer with a Counterbalance Forklift Ticket to join a busy project in St Albans, Herefordshire. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent hours on a live site with a reputable construction firm.
Role & Responsibilities:
Operate a counterbalance forklift truck to load, unload and move materials safely around the site
Assist tradespeople and site supervisors with daily tasks
Move building materials, tools and equipment around the site
Load and unload deliveries
Maintain clean and safe working areas
Follow all site health & safety regulations at all times
Carry out manual handling tasks when required
Perform general site labouring duties including:
Clearing waste
Moving materials
Assisting with installations
Conduct basic forklift checks before use
Working Hours:
7:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Ticket (essential)
CSCS card required
Previous site labouring experience preferred
Good work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow site safety procedures
