Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Location: London
Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 (dependent on experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a well established, RIBA Chartered architecture studio based in central London. The practice has built a strong reputation for delivering high quality design across a diverse portfolio, with current projects spanning residential, hospitality and large scale masterplanning schemes across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting project teams across multiple RIBA work stages
- Assisting with the development of design proposals and technical drawing packages
- Preparing planning documentation, presentations and reports
- Producing high quality drawings and visual material using CAD and other design software
- Supporting the coordination of project information and consultant input
- Assisting with site visits and project reviews as required
- Contributing to residential and hospitality led projects within a collaborative team environment
Requirements:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification in Architecture
- Previous professional experience within a UK architecture practice
- Strong design and technical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Good knowledge of UK planning processes and Building Regulations
- Proficiency in industry software such as Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
