Production Operative/ Team Leader

£27,040 per year (£13 per hour)
Full-time – 40 hours per week (early finish on Fridays)
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Dukinfield. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability within a fast-paced production environment.
For the right person, there will be future progression opportunities into a Department Head position, including involvement in team briefings and supporting production updates.
Working Hours
40 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with early finishes on Fridays. Start times vary slightly between 7:00am – 8:00am, with finishes between 3:00pm – 4:30pm depending on the day.
Key Responsibilities

Assembly of picture frames

Using power tools and production machinery

Carrying out quality control checks

Working in a fast-paced environment with workload KPIs

Manual handling and physical work including pump trucks

Assisting with ordering and checking specific stock sizes

Training to operate FLT equipment
