Customer Service Lead

This is a perfect role for inside sales/sales exec professionals in manufacturing businesses who love the customer contact but not the sales targets.
As part of their strategy for customer retention and growth, this position is central to supporting customers on their journey from single or transational orders to repeat business with ongoing sales forecasts. The role will be responsible for developing customer experience, ensuring the best possible service from initial RFQ through to receipt of order. This role will see you liaise with design, production, procurement and logistics and will be the customer advocate in the business, giving you a unique opportunity to see tangible improvements in customer service and ultimately revenue, without the sales target pressure.
To be considered you’ll need:

Experience of customer engagement within a manufacturing business

Good understanding of the levers of customer satisfaction

Be able to demonstrate an ability to work with diverse teams internally to align agenda’s for the benefit of the customer.
