Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception service.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for client meetings.
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
Provide general administrative support as required by the secretarial and business support team.
