We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client’s team on a temporary, ad-hoc basis in Nottingham City Centre. This role offers full-time hours as required, perfect for someone flexible and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming calls
Manage emails, appointments and general administrative tasks
Maintain reception area and ensure a tidy, welcoming environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work flexibly on an ad-hoc basis
