We’re supporting a respected Nottingham organisation in recruiting an experienced HR Administrator to join their established HR team.
This role is well suited to someone who has solid, hands‑on HR administration experience and enjoys being a reliable, organised presence within a steady, supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing
Managing a wide range of HR admin tasks across the employee lifecycle
Supporting onboarding processes, including right‑to‑work checks and documentation
Preparing contracts, letters and variations
Keeping HR systems and employee records accurate and compliant
Coordinating key deadlines such as payroll cut‑offs
Handling HR inbox queries and signposting managers appropriately
Supporting HR meetings with note‑taking and follow‑up paperwork
Taking responsibility for your own tasks and ensuring work is completed to a high standardWhat we’re looking for
Strong HR administration experience (essential)
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
Confident working at pace and prioritising effectively
Professional, friendly communication style
Someone who takes ownership and is comfortable leading on tasks
