We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated Project Administrator to join our Sudbury team to provide vital administrative support for key project initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, 6-person team where your organisational skills will directly impact our manufacturing success.
The Hybrid Balance

Onboarding: You’ll spend your first two weeks fully on-site to get to know the team and be paired with a dedicated "buddy" to help you learn the ropes.
-
Flexibility: Once settled, enjoy a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site in Sudbury.
-
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (standard business hours, approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Your Impactful Responsibilities
You will be the "engine room" of our project documentation and supplier relations:
-
Supplier Liaison: Take ownership of supplier communications—reaching out to contacts, coordinating responses, and maintaining up-to-date contact lists.
-
Project Gatekeeper: Track the completion of project paperwork, including QMS (Quality Management System) and compliance documents.
-
Critical Processing: Own the processing of CRBs for new vendors and new parts for the Sudbury site.
-
Technical Support: Work closely with our Engineering function to document manufacturing work instructions in MS Word.
-
Team Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and assist with the onboarding of new team members.
What You Bring to the Team
-
Experience: The ideal candidate has a proven background in an administrative role with strong IT literacy (MS Office, Excel). SAP experience is a significant advantage. We are also happy to consider graduates with strong Excel and communication skills.
-
Communication: Ability to articulate clearly in both written and verbal formats to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
-
Mindset: Self-motivated and adaptable; you can manage your time effectively and possess a genuine desire to succeed.
-
Tenacity: You’re comfortable picking up the phone to chase stakeholders and issue reminders to ensure project actions are met.
