Your Challenge
Be part of ADM's EMEA Compliance team. Coordinate, advise, conduct internal investigation and provide trainings on ADM's global Compliance policies with a focus on Trade Sanctions.
Areas of focus include Anti-Corruption, Internal Investigations, Antitrust/Competition Law Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Trade Sanctions Compliance, Data Privacy, Code of Business Conduct and Conflicts of Interest.
- Provide guidance on matters relating to Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy, Trade Sanctions, Antitrust/Competition Law Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, and Conflicts of Interests in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Work closely with the regional EMEA managers as well as the local management teams to ensure Compliance aspects of the business strategy are addressed in a timely and compliant manner
- Provide counsel and coordinate the implementation of local policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with corporate policies
- Conducting internal investigations and Compliance Trainings
Qualification & experience:
- Legal background
- Knowledge of Trade Sanctions
- Proven track record of experience with Compliance in an international company is strongly preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & German
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience

- Ability to work independently and in an international team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of EU laws and regulations related to Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy, Trade Sanctions and Competition Law.
- Fluency in German, English and preferably in French
