Position: Funeral Service Operative
Contract Type: Temporary, full time (40 hours)
Pay: £14.69 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits
Location: Walthamstow, London

As a Funeral Service Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that ceremonies are conducted with care, compassion, and professionalism. Your contributions will help create a heartfelt experience for families and loved ones.
What You'll Do:
Assist in the preparation and setup of ceremonial services
Support families in a respectful and empathetic manner
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during services
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the ceremonial space
Help with logistics, including transportation (driving of company vehicles) and setup of equipment
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate and empathetic individual who values the importance of ceremonial services
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required-what's most important is your passion for helping others!
