About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Roadside Wet Poster Operative to join our team. This role involves installing advertising posters on roadside billboards and panels using traditional wet posting techniques. You'll play a key role in delivering high-visibility campaigns for major brands.
Key Responsibilities
Apply posters to roadside advertising panels using wet paste methods
Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing old materials
Accurately position and smooth posters to ensure a professional finish
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and campaign schedules
Travel to various roadside locations as required
Follow strict health & safety procedures, especially when working near traffic
Maintain equipment and report any issues
Requirements
Previous experience in wet posting, signage, or outdoor advertising
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, or flexible hours
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
Physical fitness (role involves lifting, climbing, and manual work)
Full UK driving licence (highly desirable)
Ability to work from a ladder at heights
