About the Role
As a Kits Operative, you'll play a key part in our loan kit operations, ensuring our customers receive the right equipment at the right time. You'll manage returned kits, prepare outgoing shipments, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate closely with the warehouse team to keep everything flowing smoothly.

Job Title: Kits Operative
Location: Newbury, UK
Division: Global Quality & Operations
Working Hours:
Initially: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Future rotation potential: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £14.28 per hour🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Receive, organise, and process returned kits by franchise/type
Complete accuracy checks and escalate discrepancies
Pick, prepare, and pack kits for timely shipment
Collaborate with warehouse colleagues and maintain documentation
Replenish, seal, and wrap loan kits for dispatch
Support annual inventory counts and audit processes
Shuttle kits between operational areas as required
Manage kit-handling checks and respond to urgent requests🌟 What We're Looking For
Essential:
GCSEs (or equivalent)
Experience working in a team under time pressure
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confident IT skills and administrative capabilityDesirable:
Previous experience in operations or logistics
Exposure to medical device logistics or operations processesCore Competencies:
