New opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to work onsite in a manufacturing company in Thame.
This is a temp-to-perm role, with the initial 6 months period as a temp, and then permanent with the company.
General admin duties will include supporting finance/purchasing/sales departments.
Example duties include:
Filing, Scanning and Entering supplier invoices
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Liaising with procurement to respond to supplier enquiries
Chasing overdue customer payments and issuing monthly statements
The pay rate is £13.45 per hour.
There is flexibility on the hours worked.
This role could suit an Admin Assistant looking for 25 hours per week – 5 days per week onsite – 9:30am to 2:30pm
Or could work can work up to 40 hours per week – 5 days per week onsite – between 8:30am to 5:00pm
