We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join a leading construction project team in , working closely with Project Director and site teams to ensure all Administration needs is managed accurately, efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Key duties include processing invoices/purchase orders (e.g., in SAP), maintaining records, tracking timesheets, ordering materials/PPE, and coordinating meetings. They act as a central liaison between site teams, contractors, and external suppliers. Going above and beyond and will take on multiple duties within PA duties to.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrator within construction
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident working in a site‑based environment
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with site teams
