Learning Support Assistant in Chelsea (ARP) (Autism Resource Provision) | £105-£116 PAYE
SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist ARP provision within a dedicated primary school in Kensington and Chelsea. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with autism and ADHD within a structured and nurturing environment.
The ARP supports pupils with higher needs who benefit from additional structure, personalised learning and specialist support. The school is known for its exceptionally supportive staff team, strong leadership and well-run SEN provision, making it an excellent environment for both experienced LSAs and those looking to develop their SEN experience.
The Role
Supporting pupils with autism and ADHD within the ARP provision
Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs
Helping pupils regulate behaviour and remain engaged in learning
Supporting teachers in delivering structured and differentiated activities
Encouraging independence, confidence and positive social interaction
Requirements
Experience supporting pupils with SEN, autism or ADHD is desirable
Background in education, childcare, care work or youth work welcomed
Calm, patient and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
