The Role
Due to continued expansion, Briggs Marine is looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator on a part-time, permanent basis, based in Liverpool. The typical working week will be Tuesday to Friday, totalling 20 hours.
Key Responsibilities
• Administrative support for the project team with daily operations
• Ensuring standards are developed and maintained to a high quality with regards to project documentation
• Preparing and formatting documentation for the project team
• Assisting with Document Control
• Maintaining and developing a departmental filing system
• Providing accurate and timely information to the line manager
• Promoting and developing effective working relationships with colleagues, other departments, suppliers, clients and customers
• Uploading certification to client portals as required by the contracts in place
• Organising travel and accommodation for staff and contractors where required
• Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying and scanning
• Assisting in tracking and arranging the departments' training needs
• Arranging site paperwork for the project team
• Assisting with arranging meetings and events
• Raising purchase orders
