The Role - Learning Support Assistant (SEN)
As a Learning Support Assistant (SEN), you will support pupils throughout the school day, helping them engage with learning and develop key social and emotional skills.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning tasks
Supporting pupils with communication and emotional regulation
