Careys Civil Engineering is looking for hardworking and reliable Labourers to support our site teams in delivering safe, high‑quality civil engineering projects.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining site safety, supporting trades, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist trades and site teams with general labouring duties.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
- Move materials, tools, and equipment around site.
- Support with basic tasks such as digging, sweeping, and loading/unloading deliveries.
- Follow site safety rules and report any hazards or issues.
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient site progress.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Valid CSCS card.
- Previous labouring or construction site experience (preferred but not essential).
- Good work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
- Physically fit for manual, hands‑on tasks.
